• You can also come and collect packages when required
• We charge £5 per item

 

Visitors

• We deal with any of your visitors that physically come to the building
• We offer public relations for your customers at the door
• We will send through all enquiries by email to you
• In an urgent situation we will contact you by phone
• We charge £5 per inquiry

 

Post

• All post is sorted and forwarded on a daily basis
• All post is placed within our branded plastic envelopes for safety and security
• All post is sent out daily via 2nd class Royal Mail delivery
• What we receive today you receive tomorrow
• We have a special licence with Royal Mail to ensure your post arrives promptly and safely
• All junk post is filtered
• You can receive unlimited post to the address
• We charge £1 per item plus the Royal Mail cost of delivery

 

Names

• We will forward any post that comes in under your official limited company name
• We will forward any post that comes in under your trading name or brand name
• We will forward any post that comes in under your personal name
• Any post coming in under a personal name must include a company name, brand name or trading name so we can identify and forward it on
• The address can be used as a directors service address
• The address can be used as your legal registered office address at Companies House
• Use the address for all company business trading purposes
• Display and use the address wherever you deem appropriate including website, marketing, advertising, products, email etc…
